M.S. Reinforcement Bars
RIBBED DEFORMED BARS
Ribbed Deformed Bars provided with lugs, ribs or deformation on the surface to minimize the slippage of the Bar in concrete is used in reinforcing purposes by all advanced countries. These bars provided better protection to the reinforcement from corrosion. Cracks in the tensile zone of these Bars are more evenly distributed and are much smaller in size. With no end hooks, bending, handling and fixing at site is simplified resulting in saving cost of labor, overlapping and adjoining. Weldable by flash welding or other processes under controlled conditions.
